Kathleen Cowell is an experienced Business Analyst in helping end users understand the data relationships across the many sources. She works to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the development of reports and dashboards. Kathleen plays a key role to identify usability enhancements and create rapid prototypes to demonstrate usability improvements. Previously Kathleen worked for Deloitte Consulting creating custom software solutions for both public and private sector clients. Her roles with Deloitte spanned the entire SDLC from high level business requirements gathering to final integration testing and go-live. With her passion for people and technology she focuses on making sure that business users needs are met with technical solutions.
