Data Contributor Training

Welcome!

We look forward to working with you to bring you onboard to become a Certified Dispute Resolution Data Contributor. The on-boarding program has four steps outlined below:

Step 1: Orientation (30 minutes): At this meeting we'll provide an orientation to the data contribution administration, training and payment process and work with you to align the on-boarding and data contribution process to meet your institutional needs. Participants: Data Contributor managers and/or administrators
Step 2: Training (60 minutes): At this session, data contributor will be introduced to the case templates and case entry process with hands-on exercises. Participants: Data contributors
Step 3: Mentoring (30 minutes): We will meet with you after the training session to go over your case entry experience and answer any questions and share "best practices". Participants: Data contributors
Step 4: Certification (30 minutes): Together we will review the Data Contributor certification checklist to verify that your institution is set-up and able to efficiently submit cases. Participants: Data Contributor managers and/or administrators
